WARNING:
1. Do not place the playpen close to an open fire or other heat source.
2. Do not use the playpen without the base.
3. Do not use the cot if any part is broken, torn or missing and use only spare parts approved
by the manufacturer
4. Do not leave anything in the cot or place the cot close to another product, which could provide
a foothold or present a danger of suffocation or strangulation, e.g. strings, blind/curtain cords
5. Do not use more than one mattress in the cot.
6. Cot is ready for use, only when the locking mechanisms are engaged and to check carefully that
they are fully engaged before using the folding cot.
7. If the height of the cot base is adjustable, a statement that the lowest position is the safest and
that the base should always be used in that position as soon as the baby is old enough to sit up.
8. All assembly fittings should always be tightened proper¬ly and fittings should be checked
regularly and retight¬ened as necessary.
9. When assembling and disassembling, watch your fingers — you may trap them!
10. The product is intended for children from 0+ to 36 months
11. Do not repair or modify the product. Only the authorized service technicians are allowed
to do so.
12. Assemble and disassemble the product far away from children.
13. Always position the product on a smooth and flat surface. Always check surfaces under
the product to make sure there are no items which pose a threat to a child.
14. Do not leave items in the playpen which may pose a threat to the child.
15. Do not cover the playpen with items which may hinder access of air or pose a threat to a child.
16. Do not use the playpen if your child is able to leave it.
17. Never leave your child unattended.
18. Before every use or assembly, make sure the playpen is not defective, has not loose
connections, missing elements or sharp edges.
19. Do not use a water mattress.
20. Do not use a product outdoors if the wind is strong.
21. Do not use a product for other purposes than designed.
WARNING - Only use the mattress sold with this cot, do not add a second
attress on this one, suffocation hazards
