9. When I stop riding, the Hoverboard is shaking heavily, is it normal?
If you suddenly stop using and down , the Hoverboard will shake for seconds , it caused by the strong power. We advise that you can
adjust it to child mode, that would reduce the shaking. And we suggest do not stop suddenly.
10. What should I do if there are problems with my Hoverboard?
If you nd there are some problems on hoverboard, please contact MODSTER customer service mail
customersupport@modster.at, with a video to show the problem and your order number is also needed. MODSTER would help to
solve it soon.
