Understanding Auto Protect mode & particle levels
Auto Protect uses the particulate matter sensor to take automatic readings of the
air in front of it and adjusts fan speed for optimal air purification in the room in
which it’s running. Based on how much particulate matter it detects in that room,
the sensor triggers a colored light to appear on the very center of your device’s
display. It’s important to note that, while your device may show a low level of
particles in the air entering the device, the presence of other pollutants would
remain undetected by the particulate matter sensor.
