Headset Helmet Intercom

Please keep the product in a dry, clean, dust-free environment.
Keep corrosive chemicals, liquids and heat source away from the product to
prevent mechanics damage.
Use only a soft and dry cloth for cleaning the product.
Malfunction may be caused by dropping, impact of external force.
Do not attempt to disassemble the product. Doing so voids warranty.
Please have the product checked or repaired by authorized technicians if any
malfunctions happened.
Failure to follow all the instructions may result in mechanics damage.
Warranty does not apply to human errors.

ON:
Press the On/Off Key for 2 seconds. When you
hear voice prompt, the blue indicator flashes twice.
The system enters the standby mode.
OFF:
Press the On/Off Key for 2 seconds. When you
hear voice prompt, the red indicator flashes twice.
2.1 with Two Intercoms
Pairing:
(1)Power on two intercoms and the blue indicators flash twice. The red and
blue indicators flash alternatively, which means two intercoms wait to be
Bluetooth paired.
(2)Then, press the On/Off Key of any one of them while the blue indicator
flashes quickly with voice prompting “Intercom Search”; the red and blue
indicator of the other keeps flashing alternatively. After few minutes, they are
paired automatically with blue indicator flashing slowly.
Disconnect:
Press the Function Key for 2 seconds to disconnect the intercoms. Press it
again to reconnect.
The distance between intercom and mobile phone should be within 1 meter.
When two intercoms are paired successfully, there is no need to pair them
repeatedly. Under standby mode, they will be paired automatically after a few
seconds.
The automatic connection function is available within five minutes after
disconnection. If the connection fails again, you can manually press the
Function Key once for searching and matching.
2.2 with Mobile Phone
(1) After power on, the blue indicator flashes twice. The red and blue indicator
flashes alternatively, which means the intercom waits to be Bluetooth paired.
(2) Turn on the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone, search and select
“MOMAN H2” to connect and pair. The voice will prompt “Bluetooth
connected”.
The distance between intercom and mobile phone should be within 1 meter.
If the intercom has pairing record with the mobile phone, they will be
connected after power on, provided that the Bluetooth is turned on.
Answer the call:
press the Function Key
Automatic answer:
When the phone calls and there
is no operation after 8 seconds, it will answer the call
automatically.
Reject the call:
press and hole the Function Key for 3
seconds until you hear the “beep” sound.
(1) Under Bluetooth connection mode, press the
Function Key to play/pause music.
(2)
Next Music:
turn the Knob counterclockwise.
(3)
Previous Music:
turn the Knob clockwise.
When it is on, press On/Off Key and rotate the Knob to
change the language of voice prompt.
7.1 Between Intercom and Music/FM Radio:
(1)In intercom mode, press the Function Key for 2 seconds and you hear “beep”,
indicating the intercom mode exits, and enter the switch between Music/FM
radio;
(2)
Turn on/off FM Radio:
Press the Function Key twice;
Turn on/off Music:
short press the Function Key;
Back to Intercom:
long press the Function Key.
7.2 Between Intercom and Mobile Phone:
(1) If the machine is connected with mobile phone, the intercom will disconnect
when there is call. When the call ends, it will get back to the intercom mode,
which takes 5 seconds.
7.3 Function Priority

(1)
Decrease:
continuously turn the Knob
counterclockwise.
(2)
Increase:
continuously turn the Knob clockwise.
There is voice alarm for two high or two low volume.
(1)
Turn on:
under standby mode, press the Function
Key twice to switch to the FM radio.
(2)
Select Channels:
quickly rotate the Knob and
release to adjust and select channels. Continuously
rotate the Knob to select different channels. Rotate
the Knob continuously to enter volume adjustment.
(3)
Turn off:
press the Function Key twice to get back
End the call:
press the Function Key.
Redial:
In standby mode, press the On/Off Key twice to dial the last call number.
to the previous mode.
If the signal is weak indoor, you could try to turn on the FM radio near
window or in the open area.
When FM radio is turned on and there is a phone calling, the machine will
cut off FM radio automatically and connect to the mobile phone. It gets back to
the FM radio when the call ends.

Overview

The MOMAN H2 Headset Helmet Intercom 2-Rider Kit is a communication device designed for motorcyclists, enabling intercom functionality between two riders, mobile phone connectivity, music playback, and FM radio.

Function Description

The MOMAN H2 serves as a multi-functional communication system for helmet users. Its primary function is a two-way intercom, allowing riders to communicate with each other over a range of up to 800 meters. Beyond intercom, it integrates Bluetooth connectivity for pairing with mobile phones, enabling call answering, rejecting, ending, and redialing the last number. It also supports music playback from a connected phone and includes an FM radio for entertainment. The device features a knob and function keys for intuitive control of its various modes and settings.

Usage Features

Power On/Off: To power on, press the On/Off Key for 2 seconds until a voice prompt is heard and the blue indicator flashes twice, entering standby mode. To power off, press the On/Off Key for 2 seconds until a voice prompt is heard and the red indicator flashes twice.

Pairing & Disconnection (Two Intercoms):

  1. Power on both intercoms. The red and blue indicators will flash alternatively, signifying they are ready for Bluetooth pairing.
  2. Press the On/Off Key of one intercom. Its blue indicator will flash quickly with a "Intercom Search" voice prompt, while the other intercom's red and blue indicators continue to flash alternatively. They will automatically pair after a few minutes, with the blue indicator flashing slowly. To disconnect, press the Function Key for 2 seconds. Press it again to reconnect. The automatic connection function is available within five minutes of disconnection. If connection fails, press the Function Key once to search and match.

Pairing & Disconnection (Mobile Phone):

  1. After power on, the intercom's red and blue indicators will flash alternatively, indicating it's ready for Bluetooth pairing.
  2. Enable Bluetooth on your mobile phone, search for "MOMAN H2," and connect. A "Bluetooth connected" voice prompt will confirm the connection. The intercom will automatically connect to a previously paired mobile phone if Bluetooth is on.

Phone Control:

  • Answer Call: Press the Function Key.
  • Automatic Answer: If no operation after 8 seconds during an incoming call, the call will be answered automatically.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the Function Key for 3 seconds until a "beep" sound is heard.
  • End Call: Press the Function Key.
  • Redial: In standby mode, press the On/Off Key twice to dial the last call number.

Music Control:

  • Play/Pause: Under Bluetooth connection, press the Function Key.
  • Next Music: Turn the Knob counterclockwise.
  • Previous Music: Turn the Knob clockwise.

Volume Adjustment:

  • Decrease: Continuously turn the Knob counterclockwise.
  • Increase: Continuously turn the Knob clockwise. There is a voice alarm for maximum and minimum volume levels.

FM Radio:

  • Turn On: In standby mode, press the Function Key twice to switch to FM radio.
  • Select Channels: Quickly rotate the Knob and release to adjust channels. Continuously rotate the Knob to select different channels or enter volume adjustment.
  • Turn Off: Press the Function Key twice to return to the previous mode. If the FM signal is weak indoors, try using it near a window or in an open area. During an incoming call, the FM radio will automatically cut off and connect to the mobile phone, resuming FM radio after the call ends.

Multi-Mode Switch:

  • Between Intercom and Music/FM Radio: In intercom mode, press the Function Key for 2 seconds to exit intercom mode and switch between Music/FM radio.
    • Turn On/Off FM Radio: Press the Function Key twice.
    • Turn On/Off Music: Short press the Function Key.
    • Back to Intercom: Long press the Function Key.
  • Between Intercom and Mobile Phone: If connected to a mobile phone, the intercom will disconnect during a call and automatically return to intercom mode 5 seconds after the call ends.

Function Priority:

  1. Mobile Phone
  2. Intercom
  3. Music/FM Radio

Language: When the device is on, press the On/Off Key and rotate the Knob to change the language of voice prompts.

Installation: The MOMAN H2 offers two installation methods:

  • Method 1: Install with Back Clip

    1. Loosen the screws of the back clip with a screwdriver to open it to a proper extent.
    2. Insert the clip into the right position on the left side of the helmet liner and tighten the screw.
    3. Slide the intercom into the back clip slot until it locks firmly.
    4. Open the helmet liner (ear position), clean the EPS surface, and stick a horn Velcro piece on the left and right sides.
    5. Stick the speaker on the fixed Velcro surface, ensuring the speaker with the short line is close to the machine. Fix the microphone and arrange the helmet lining and cable.
    6. Insert the headset into the intercom's jack and tie up the headset cable.
  • Method 2: Install with Velcro Clip

    1. Separate the hook and loop fasteners.
    2. Stick the hook onto the Velcro clip.
    3. Choose the right installation position on the helmet and stick the loop to that position.
    4. Install the intercom onto the Velcro clip. The speaker installation process is the same as Method 1.

Removing the Intercom from Helmet: Unplug the headset. Press the fixed buckle in the middle of the back clip with one finger (pushing towards the helmet side) to detach the back clip hook from the intercom. Then, push the intercom upwards to slide it out of the back clip smoothly.

Fixing the Headset Plug (If necessary): Unscrew the screws on the back of the intercom with a screwdriver. Open the buckle flap, plug in the headset plug, and tighten the screws. To unplug the headset, open the buckle flap by unscrewing the screws.

Maintenance Features

  • Environment: Keep the product in a dry, clean, dust-free environment. Avoid corrosive chemicals, liquids, and heat sources to prevent mechanical damage.
  • Cleaning: Use only a soft and dry cloth for cleaning.
  • Handling: Avoid dropping or impacting the device with external force, as this may cause malfunctions.
  • Disassembly: Do not attempt to disassemble the product, as this voids the warranty. If malfunctions occur, have the product checked or repaired by authorized technicians.
  • Battery Care: If the intercom is not used for a month or more, charge it once every two months to protect the lithium battery.
  • Storage Temperature: Store the product between -20 °C and 50 °C. Avoid storing it in environments with excessively high or low temperatures, as this can affect its service life.
  • Safety: Do not expose the product to fire to prevent explosion. Only the two screws on the back of the intercom can be opened; do not open other screws to avoid short circuits on the main board or battery damage.
