This document provides instructions for the Kalinihta baby crib, item number B3, manufactured for Moni in the PRC and imported by Moni Trade Ltd. The product complies with European Directive 2001/98/EC on general product safety, consumer protection laws, and European Standard BDS EN 1130:2019.

Function Description

The Kalinihta baby crib is designed to provide a safe and comfortable sleeping environment for infants. It features a basket for sleeping, a textile shelf for accessories, and a mattress. The crib is designed for easy assembly and includes a mosquito net for added protection.

Important Technical Specifications

Maximum internal size for mattress: 900/590 mm.
Mattress dimensions: The length and width of the mattress must be such that the maximum gap between the mattress and the sides and ends of the crib does not exceed 2.5 cm.

Usage Features

Safety Warnings:

Always read the instructions for use before operating the product.
Discontinue use immediately if the child can sit, kneel, or pull themselves up.
Avoid placing additional items in the crib, as this may cause suffocation.
Do not place the crib near other products that could pose a strangulation or suffocation hazard (e.g., strings, blind/curtain cords).
Use only one mattress in the crib.
The crib must be placed on a horizontal floor.
Do not allow young children to play unsupervised near the crib.
Ensure the crib is locked in a fixed position when the child is left unattended.
All assembly fittings must be properly tightened. Regularly check for loose, damaged, or missing parts to prevent the child from trapping body parts or clothing, which could lead to strangulation.
Keep the product away from burning cigarettes, open flames, and other sources of strong heat (e.g., electric bar fires, gas fires).
Do not use the crib if any parts are missing, damaged, or broken. Contact MONI TRADE for replacement parts and instructions; do not substitute parts.
Use only the mattress sold with this crib. Adding a second mattress poses a suffocation hazard.
Do not modify or improve the crib's design, as this may damage the crib and risk injury to the child.

Assembly Instructions (Illustration B):

General: Follow the instructions and sequence precisely. Verify the security of each fixation after every step.
1. Assembling the side frames (legs): Take one plastic joint and two side frames (legs) as shown in Figure 1. Insert the side frames into the plastic connector's holes and fix them in the direction of the arrow (Figure 2). The spring pin will snap into place once securely fastened on both sides (Figure 3). Repeat for the other set of side legs.
2. Attaching the fabric basket to the legs: Take two support tubes and thread them through the holes in the fabric basket (Figure 4). Secure the fabric basket frame to the crib legs by fastening each side of the frame into the indicated bottom holes using bolts (Figures 5, 6, 7, and 8). Similarly, fix the other two support tubes into the upper holes of the legs using bolts (Figures 9, 10, 11, and 12).
3. Installing the crib basket: Place the two support frames into the holes of the crib basket (Figure 13). Then, install the assembled crib basket support frame to the plastic joint as shown in Figures 14, 15, 16, and 17. Place the mattress in the crib with the soft side facing up. Attach the mattress to the base (Figure 18).
4. Placing the mosquito net: The mosquito net is fixed to the side of the bed using tic-tac buttons.

Maintenance Features

Cleaning and Care Instructions:

Clean plastic or metal parts with a soft cotton cloth or sponge moistened with water and a mild detergent. Do not use bleach, aggressive detergents, or abrasive products.
All textile parts and fabrics should be hand-washed only, following the instructions on the label.
After cleaning, allow the crib to dry thoroughly before use. Do not fold or disassemble the crib until it is completely dry.
Avoid exposing the product to direct sunlight for extended periods or extreme temperatures, as this may cause discoloration or damage to exposed parts.
After prolonged exposure to high temperatures, wait a few minutes before placing the child in the crib.
Do not place objects inside or on the product to prevent damage to the structure and/or upholstery.
Store the product in a clean and dry place.
