ASSEMBLY
- Make sure that the metering boxes are similar to those in g.2 shape of the hopper and direction of outlets forwards for
Telescopic NG PLUS plater g.2 and backwards for the NG PLUS, MECA 4 and NC g..
- Avoid placing the drive next to a drive wheel.
- The drive sprocket A is mounted on the LOER hexagonal shaft g.1.
- The hoses direct the granular product directly to the inside of the shoe. The standard version is telescopic and mounted as shown
in g.8 for NG PLUS planters, in g.7 for MECA 4 planters and in g. for NC planters.
The output is a function of the number of rotations of the spindle of the metering boxes, which is set primarily with the double
sprocket A and the interchangeable sprockets B and C.
In order to avoid any risk of clogging up of the product in the units during transport, travel with hoppers empty.
The emptying chute g.9 is easily xed on to the Microsem unit and enables an easy emptying of the hopper.
A The delivered hoses have extra length. They should be cut as short possible to avoid bends. This should be
done while the planter is in a HOOKED UP and RAISED position.
A Avoid moisture contamination. This unit should be used only with microgranulars and not with powders or
granulates. It is possible to meter large granulars provided the inside auge is changed for a special one. A name plate,
located at the back of the unit, allows you to uickly identify what type of unit it is I insecticide worm g. 1.
The 2-row metering box can be changed into a 1-row box by replacing the double outlet with a single outlet and sliding a
shield in the inside.
