The dosehectare is adjusted using the variator selector A. This adjustment depends on the inter-row spacing and the product used.
The table opposite provides indicative adjustments source AGPM that must be checked in practice. To perform the adjustment
For an accurate adjustment, perform a calibration
1 - Put the product in the righthand Microsem hopper.
2 - Move the variator selector to mark 10 loosen thumbwheel C, turn thumbwheel C and retighten thumbwheel C.
 - Use a tray to collect the product from the 2 outlets.
4 - Perform 50 wheel revolutions.
5 - eigh the product collected from the 2 outlets.
 - Determine the adjustment mark by applying the following euation

If the value calculated is less than 1 or greater than 10, change the drive range and calibrate again from point 2.
7 - Move the variator selector to the mark calculated loosen thumbwheel C, turn thumbwheel C and retighten thumbwheel C

The Microsem drive systems engine sprocket is a 2 tooth cluster sprocket 12 and 25 teeth, providing the option of two ranges.
To change the range
1 - Remove the drive casings.
2 - Change the position of the chain.
 - Alter the position 12 tooth sprocket or 25 tooth sprocket.
4 - Ret the casings.
