BINEUSES DIRIGEABLES
Utilisation des éléments
Une bineuse comporte un certain nombre d'éléments centraux avec
équipement complet (pour binage d'inter-rangs complets) et 2 éléments
latéraux avec équipement simplifié (pour binage de 1/2 inter-rangs). A
ces équipements s'ajoutent parfois pour SUPER-CROP des balanciers
porte disques.

Les nombreuses chapes que possède cet élément permettent des
combinaisons très variées - 3 cœurs ou "Pattes d'Oie" - 1 cœur et 2 lames

3 ou 5 dents fouilleuses rigides ou flexibles - Butteurs à ailes fixes ou
réglables.

Les éléments SUPER-CROP SCD peuvent recevoir des cœurs et des
lames. Les outils sont dans ce cas montés sur des supports flexibles 1 . Cet
équipement souple est avantageux en 1

passage avec direction ; les
autres passages pouvant ensuite se prévoir en autoguidage normal avec
coutres stabilisateurs et dents flexibles.
Autres possibilités et réglages divers
- Tous les modèles acceptent les butteurs : sur types F et V bloquer les
parallélogrammes par les taquets 2 .
- Veiller à la disposition des traverses 3 pour que 2 outils voisins soient
toujours décalés.
- Le mordant des cœurs et lames se modifie s

fixation 4 .
- Les disques de balanciers se règlent en orientation - inclinaison - largeur
et décalage par les boulons 5 .
- La liste des équipements ci-contre n'est pas limitative, de nombreuses
autres combinaisons sont possibles.
GUIDABLE ROW CROP CULTIVATORS
Instructions for use of units
A Row Crop cultivator consists of a certain number of central units with
complete accessories (for cultivation of complete interrows) and 2 outside
units with partial accessories (for cultivation of 1/2 interrows).
Sometimes a swing arm disc assembly is added to the SUPER-CROP.
• Possibilities for the SUPER-CROP units, “HEAVY-DUTY F” (fig. 20 ) (for
any crop)
The many clamps of this unit allow lots of combinations - 3 shovels or
“Duckfoot” - 1 shovel and 2 blades - 3 or 5 rigid or flex
ible d

- fixed or adjustable wing ridgers.
• Possibilities for the SUPER-CROP units, “LIGHT V” (fig. 21) (for market
garden crops).
The unit V can be used either with a tool carrier for shovel and blade
equipment (row spacing 40-60 cm) (16"-24"), or without tool carrier for
small row spacing, with 1 central shovel only.
• Possibilities for the guidable SUPER-CROP units (fig. 22)

nits can be fitted with shovels and blades. In this
case, tools are mounted on flexible brackets 1 .This equipment is
smooth and works well for the first cultivation with steering ; the other
cultivations can be carried out with normal self-guiding with stabilizing
coulters and spring tines.
Further possibilities and various adjustments :
- All models can be fitted with ridgers ; on types F and V, lock
p
arallelograms with safety stops 2 .
- Shovels and blades can be modified if required at the height of the
attachment F. The swing arm disc assembly can be adjusted in preparation -
tilting - width and offsetting by the bolts 5 .
- Any further combination is possible, over and above the accessories listed
opposite.
HACKMASCHINE MIT FEINSTEUERUNG
Verwendung der Elemente
Eine Hackmaschine besteht aus einer gewissen Anzahl ganzer Elemente
mit Kompletter Ausrüstung (zum Hacken von kompletten Reihenabständen)
und aus zwei seitlichen Elementen mit vereinfachter Ausrüstung (zum
Hacken von halben Reihenabständen).
Als Zusatz zu dieser Ausrüstung sind bei der SUPER-CROP Hohlschutz-
scheiben vorgesehen.
• Die Elemente der SUPER-CROP “EXTRA STARK F” sind für alle Kulturen
geeignet (Abb. 20)
Die Elemente lassen
sich in verschiedenen Variationen ausrüsten.
(3 Gänsefußschare - 1 Gänsefußschar mit 2 Winkelmesser - 3 oder 5
starre Federzinken - Häufelkörper einfach und verstellbar).
• Die Elemente SUPER-CROP “LEICHTE V” sind für Gemüsekulturen
geeignet (Abb. 21).
Die Elemente V können mit Winkelmessern oder mit Gänsefußscharen
ausgerüstet werden. (Für Reihen-abstände 40-60 cm). Für kleinere
Reihenweiten wird ein ze
ntraler Gä
nsefuß verwendet.
• Der SUPER-CROP kann mit einer Feinsteuerung ausgerüstet werden
(Abb. 22).
Die Elemente SUPER-CROP SCD können mit Gänsefußscharen und
Winkelmessern ausgerüstet werden. In diesem Fall lassen sich die
Werkzeuge auf die gefederten Stützen 1 montieren. Die gefederete Aus-
rüstung ist besonders günstig beim ersten Durchfahren mit Feinsteuerung.
Die anderen Durchfahrten können dann

it Scheibensech-Selbststeue-
rung durchgeführt werden.
Verschiedene Ausrüstungen und Einstellungen
- Alle Modelle können mit Häufelkörpern ausgerüstet werden. Die
Parallelogramme der Typen F und V lassen sich ausheben und mittels
Hebel 2 blockieren.
- Beachten Sie die Anordnung der Querträger 3 , damit die nachlaufenden
Werkzeuge immer versetzt ange-ordnet sind.
- Bei der Befestigung 4 kann der Wi
nkel des Gänsefußschares und der
Winkelm
esser verstellt werden.
- Die Bolzen 5 sind zum Einstellen der Hohlschutzscheiben.
- Es sind noch weitere Möglichkeiten von Werkzeugvariationen gegeben.
SARCHIATRICE GUIDABILE
Utilizzazione degli elementi
Una sarchiatrice si compone di un certo numero di elementi centrali con
attrezzatura completa (per sarchiatura di interfile complete) e di 2
elementi laterali con attrezzatura semplificata (per sarchiatura di 1/2
interfile). Questa attrezzatura viene completata talvolta per SUPER-CROP
da bilancieri portadischi.

Le numerose flange che possiede questo elemento consentono molte

L'elemento V può utilizzarsi sia con un portaattrezzi 6 per attrezzatura
cuori e lame (interfile da 40 a 60 cm), sia senza portaattrezzi per interfile
più piccole, solamente con un cuore centrale.

Gli elementi SUPER-CROP SCD possono essere muniti dai cuori e lame.
In questo caso gli attrezzi vengono montati su supporti flessibili 1 .
Questa attrezzatura flessibile é vantaggiosa nel primo passo con guida;
gli altri passi ulteriori possono effettuarsi con autoguida normale a
mezzo di coltri stabilizzatori e denti flessibili.
Altre possibilità e diverse regolazioni
- Tutti i modelli accettano i rin
calzatori : su tipi F e V, bloccare i
parallelogrammi mediante i cavalloti di arresto 2 .
- Far attenzione alla disposizione delle traverse 3 affinché 2 attrezzi vicini
siano sempre spostati.
- L'angolo dei vomeri piedi d'oca può modificarsi al livello del fissaggio 4 .
- L'orientazione - inclinazione e spostamento dei dischi di bilancieri si
regolano tramite i bulloni 5 .
- L'elenco degli at

ezzi qui accanto non é limitativa ; sono possibili
numerosissime combinazioni differenti.
