SAFETY INFORMATION
Responsibilities of the Owner
As the owner of this vehicle, you are responsible for the safe and proper
operation of this vehicle. This is a high performance vehicle and safe use is
dependent upon the practice of safe driving technique as well as the expertise
of the driver. It is highly recommended that every owner should:
• Obtain instructions from a competent source on all aspects of the
operation of this high performance vehicle.
• Observe the warnings and maintenance requirements contained within
this Owner’s Manual.
• Obtain qualied training in safe and proper driving techniques, applicable
to high performance vehicles.
• Know your own limits and skill level. Driving safely within your own limits
may help you to avoid an accident.
• Take particular care when driving on wet or slippery surfaces.
Important Safety Warnings
ALWAYS WEAR A SEAT BELT. Wearing a seat belt will dramatically reduce
the risk of injury or death in the event of an accident. Always ensure that the
driver and any passengers travelling in the vehicle always wear a seat belt.
WARNING Always ensure that the car is in a roadworthy condition.
It is the responsibility of the driver to ensure that the vehicle is in a
proper and roadworthy condition.
WARNING The driver and passenger must be seated correctly and
should ensure that all safety restraints are used properly and are free
from obstructions.
WARNING Check that tyres are in good condition with no excessive
wear or damage, always check that the tyres are inated to the specied
tyre pressures.
WARNING Ensure windows and mirrors are clear and positioned
correctly before driving.
WARNING Ensure that doors, bonnets and soft/hard top roof
are fastened/shut correctly.
WARNING Check all lights and signalling devices are operating
correctly before use.
WARNING Always ensure that the bonnets are secured
and closed correctly.

CAUTION The Morgan Supersport is designed to be used
only on the road.
NOTICE Ensure that you have the appropriate licence to operate this vehicle.
NOTICE It is prohibited by law to remove or replace any noise control system
or emissions component and to use a vehicle which has had noise control
system components removed or replaced.
NOTICE Take regular breaks to reduce the risk of fatigue.
