Method:
1 Prepare and hull the strawberries, cut into small pieces. Chop the

ineapple into small chunks.
2 Place ingredients into the Sauté & Soup Compact Soup Maker and

tir with a wooden spoon.
3 S
elect Smoothie / Blend setting and then press and hold the Start /
Stop Button until of the desired consistency.
4 Serve immediately.
Ingredients:
275g strawberries

25g fresh pineapple, peeled
400g low fat strawberry yogurt
100ml semi skimmed milk
20g vanilla ice cream

Method:
1 Melt the chocolate in either a microwave or over a pan of hot water.
2 Add the ingredients to the Sauté & Soup Compact Soup Maker,
adding the melted chocolate last. Stir with a wooden spoon.
3 Select Smoothie / Blend setting and then press and hold the Start /
Stop Button until of the desired consistency.
4 Serve immediately.

200ml semi skimmed milk
150g ripe bananas, peeled
and sliced thinly
80g good quality dark
