Press steam button once to begin cooking; timer counts down for all food to finish together.

Alarm sounds, keep warm starts for 40 mins; stop by pressing steam button.

Safe Removal of Lids and Containers

Use oven gloves, tilt lids to direct steam away; do not remove drip tray until cool.

Emptying Excess Water

Pour away excess water from base unit using pouring lip at the back.
