How to charge your phone wirelessly with Otto Q
o Plug the supplied USB-C to USB-C cable into Otto Q, then connect to
any USB Type-C wall charger (not included).
o For optimal performance, use a high-output wall charger (over 10 W, 1
8 W recommended) for better charging efficiency.
o A QuickChargeTM 9V charger is required to enable the fast-charging p
rotocols of Apple (7.5 W) and Samsung (9 W).
LED behavior:
o Off: Not charging
o Breathing light: Charging
o Steady on: Fully charged
o Flashing: Foreign Object Detection error
Foreign Object Detection Troubleshooting:
o Remove any metal objects like coins or keys between your device and
Otto Q.
o Unplug the power adapter for Otto Q then plug it in again.
o If the problem still exists, please contact support@moshi.com.
