3.5 Hands-free speakerphone
To talk to the caller without holding the handset and for other people in the
room to listen to the conversation over the loudspeaker, simply use the hands-
free function.
3.5.1 Make a hands-free call
1. Dial the number and then press
K
on the base, you will hear the call over
the base loudspeaker.
Note
During a hands-free call, press P or Q to adjust the volume. There are 5 levels
to choose from.
3.5.2 Answer a call hands-free
1. Press
K
to answer the call in hands-free mode.
Note
Press
K
to switch the call between the earpiece and the loudspeaker.
During a hands-free call, press P or Q to adjust the volume.
3.6 Redial
The last 10 entries dialed are stored in the redial list.
3.6.1 View or dial an entry
1. Press the right O key to open the redial list.
2. Scroll P or Q to the entry you want.
3. Either lift the corded handset or press K to automatically dial the selected
number.
3.6.2 Copy a Redial list number to the phonebook
1. Press the right O key to open the Redial list.
2. Scroll P or Q to the entry you want.
3. Press the left O key, the display shows the selected entry.
4. Press the left O key, the display shows
Save number
.
5. Press the left O key, the display shows
Enter name
.
6. Enter the name using the keypad, if you make a mistake, press the
right O key to delete a character or digit.
7. Press the left O key, edit the number if necessary.
8. Press the left O key, the entry is saved.
