3. Using the phone
3.1 Calls
3.1.1 Make a call
Lift the handset, when you hear the dial tone, dial the number.
3.1.2 Pre-dial
1. Enter the phone number. If you make a mistake press to clear the
entries. Lift the handset to dial the number.
2. Press s to dial the phone number over hands-free.
3.1.3 End a call
1. Place the handset back on the base.
Or:
2. Press s to end a hands-free call.
3.1.4 Receive a call
When you receive a call the phone will ring and the incoming call LED will flash
1. Lift the handset to answer the call.
Or:
2. Press s to answer the call in hands-free.
Note
If during a call you want to activate hands-free, press s and hang up the
handset. You can adjust the volume of a hands-free during the call, press
v, there are 5 levels to choose from.
3.2 Mute
You can mute your handset so that you can talk to someone nearby without
your caller hearing.
1. During a call, press MUTE. The LED will light up.
2. Press MUTE again to resume your call.
