4.4.1.5 +MPBF, Find Extended Phone Book Entries
This command is similar to +CPBF, except that it also returns the extra fields that are unique to Motorola phones. These fields
include the phone type, voice tag, alert tone, backlight, is_primary field, category and profiling icon, as described in the MPBF
parameters, page 103.

<type> The address type of a phone number

Note that "128" is used to represent an email address or a
mailing list. In this case, <ph_type> can be used to further
differentiate between the two.
<text> Text identifier for a phone book entry, according to the
character set as specified by command +CSCS.
