Note
The Cmd Type numbers refer to the proactive command which was sent from the SIM (This is the
ProactiveCmdType field). Numbers 4, 5, 6 do not exist.
For "get inkey" and "get input", a one-minute timer is set, and any response for these unsolicited commands after
one minute is not accepted.
