4.15.2.3 +MIPCLOSE, Close a Socket
This command causes the g20 to free the socket accumulating buffer and disconnect the g20 from a remote side.

Note
The Disconnect action does not disconnect the GPRS link. This means that if there are other active sockets, their
status is not changed.
