Notification of New Messages
When a new message arrives:
• “New Mail Read?” displays.
• c flashes at the top of the screen.
• Phone rings every 30 seconds as an alert/reminder until you press
o under “Now” or “Later.”
Accessing New Messages
When you receive a message, you can view it immediately or later:

Press o under “Now.” The numbers of new and saved mes-
sages display briefly, followed by your first message.

Press o under “Read.”

If the message fills more than one screen, use lr to scroll
through the rest of the message.

Press o under “Save” to save the message. Or, press o under
“Erase” to delete the message.
Press o under “Later.” The c icon will stop flashing but
the sicon will remain on the display to remind you that
youhaveastoredmessage.
