Emergency mode automatically when it is turned on
again.
If you change channels when your radio is in
Emergency mode to a channel that has no
emergency system configured, No Emergency is
shown on your display.
Text Message Features
Your radio is able to receive data, for example a text
message, from another radio or an e-mail application.
The maximum length of characters for a text
message, including the subject line (seen when
receiving message from an e-mail application), is 140
whereas for receiving this is 280 characters.
Note: Long press at any time to return to the
Home screen.

1 Access the Text Message feature.
