Thisfeatureallowsyoutoinitiateahands-freevoiceactivated
callonaprogrammedchannel.Theradioautomatically
transmits,foraprogrammedperiod,wheneverthemicrophone
ontheVOX-capableaccessorydetectsvoice.
PressingthePTTbuttonduringradiooperationwilldisable
VOX.Tore-enableVOX,dooneofthefollowing:
•Turntheradiooffandpoweritonagain
•PresstheprogrammedVOXbuttontotogglethefeatureon
orofforfollowthestepsdescribednexttoaccessthisfeature
viatheradiomenu.
