DC Distribution (5V_RF) Test
Use this test on a unit with the following symptoms: no 5V_RF.
Check 5V_RF on
C251 for 5Vdc
Check traces to the RF
sections: Escort, WPIC+,
Tx etc.
Replace E206.
Is the voltage OK?
No
Yes
Is the voltage OK?
Yes
No
Test OK.
Check 5.5V_RF at
Is the voltage OK?
Yes
No
Go to
5.5V_RF test.
Change GCAP3 (U200).
