Whencallpriorityischangedtoemergency:
•ThedisplayindicatesthatanEmergencyGroupCallhasbeenreceived.
•Theradioplaysaspecialaudioalert.
IfaGroupCallismodiedintoanEmergencyGroupCall,noemergencyrelatedfeaturesaretriggered.
Ifcallmodicationrequestedbyyourserviceprovidercannotbefollowedbytheradio(duetoitssettings),theradio
rejectsitanddisplaysServiceNotAvailablemessage.
3.3LocalSiteTrunking
ThismodeisalsocalledasFallbackModeanditallowsmorethanoneradiofromthesamesitetocommunicate
whenthelinkbetweenthesiteandthenetworkcentralcontrollerfails.EnteringandexitingLocalSiteTrunking
(thatis,returningtoSystemWideServices)isdoneautomatically.Inthismodesomeservicesareunavailable.
Yourserviceprovidercandisablethismode.

WhenyourradioreceivesaLocalSiteTrunkingindicationfromthesystem,thefollowingoccurs:
•YourradioplaysanEnteringLocalSiteTrunkingtone.
•DisplayshowstheLocalAreaServicemessage.
•Displayiconsandsoftkeysturnolive.
•AnycallinprogressisdroppeduponenteringLocalSiteTrunkingMode.
Ifconguredbyyourserviceprovider,thismessage/alertisperiodicallyrepeatedtoremindyouthatyourradiois
stilloperatinginLocalSiteTrunkingMode.Thefollowingfeaturesareavailable:
•Registration
•Attachment
•GroupCall
•EmergencyCall
•EmergencyAlarm
