Select natural unflavoured yoghurt or lyophilised dry ferment, checking expiry dates.

MAKING THE YOGHURTS

Making the Mixture

Mix milk with ferment, divide into jars, place in maker without lids, then add main lid.

Switching the Yoghurt Maker On

Plug in, press on/off button. Indicator light confirms power. Unplug after use.

Storing Your Yoghurts

Tighten jar lids, refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Plain yoghurts last up to 7 days.
