Loosen
The knee should be positioned in the center of the pedal. If the position is not
correct, adjust the horizontal saddle (forward or backward) in order to achieve the
correct position.
If your knees touch the back of your handlebar and you feel discomfort in your back
when pedaling, the handlebar should be adjusted a little higher.

Do not adjust the saddle or handlebars while exercising.
Check that all bike settings are properly locked in and only then do the exercise.
