CONDITIONS ANDRESTRICTIONS
THE WARRANT IS VALIDONLY IF IT IS ACCORDING TO THE CONDITIONS BELLOW:
1. Movement products guarantee is valid onlywhen
1-1. The product is with the original buyer and withthe original prrof of purchase (purchase invoice);
1-2. Is the not been the subject of: accidents nadequate of the use or negrigence, improper operation, abuse, inadequate transport and storage, maintenance not
according to the specifications in the instructionsmanual, improper service,or any modification not made by Brudden;
1-3. The spare parts used are supplied bt Brudden;
1-4.Complaints made within the warranty period.
2. The warranty does not cover damageor failure inequipments caused byfaults in the basic maintenance and necessary as descrited in the manual.
THE WARANTY DOES NOT APPLY WHEN
* Natural waer parts and finishing itemsin general, including,but not limited to the fallowing: careens, adhsives, seats, supports or foam back seats, plastic or rubber coatings;
* Modified or repairedproducts, by thirds,without weitten priorauthorization by Brudden;
* Services call to install the product or instructions tothe owners about how to use the product;
* Repairs carried out in Movement products without the seriesnumber or withthe altered identification or damaged;
* Pickup and delivery relating to repairs;
* No expense of services happened after the services warranty.
WARRANTYGENERAL CONDITIONS
Brudden’s Limited warranty services can be obtained by contacting yourauthorized dealer whereit was purchased.
Expenses resulting from any product transport toa technical assistance (technical visit) by an authorized assistant, are on the buyer, beenor not covoredby this warranty.
The present warranty limits itself exclusively to the rapir, replacement or modification of the supplied product. Brudden reservs the right to paralyze manufacturing its products
without notice and / or change the specifications and introduce products improvements any time, without incurring the obligation to make the same in products previosly
manufactured.
Brudden is not responsiblefor people’s injuries,in thirds, in other equipments e installations, loss of profts or any consequential damage.
