Power off the AC and open its front panel to access the interior for controller installation.
Identify the designated docking station inside the front panel of the AC unit.
Open the MRCOOL Smart Controller box, remove the device, and distinguish its sides.
Insert the Smart Controller into the docking station with Side A facing forward.
Close the AC front panel and power on the unit to complete the installation.
Ensure AC controller is installed, AC is powered, phone has Wi-Fi/internet, and Wi-Fi router is configured.

Choose your home Wi-Fi network from the dropdown list.
Input your Wi-Fi network password and tap 'Connect' to establish the connection.
Personalize your device with a name (e.g., Office) and tap 'Done'.
