Non-Volatile Memory
EEPROM is used to hold the device’s configuration parameters. Both the main
board and sensor module contain EEPROM devices. New data is written to this
memory on execution of certain write commands, during calibration operations and
during normal operation.
Modes
Fixed current mode is implemented, using Command 40. This mode is cleared by
power loss or reset.
Write Protection
Write-protection is provided by command 186. When in the Write Protect mode, all
read commands are available, no "write" or "command" commands are accepted.
Damping
Damping is internally-fixed, affecting only the PV and the loop current signal. There
is no user-settable damping control.
