Seat bracket removal
1. Tilt the seat up.
2. Remove the two wiring harness connectors from the
seat safety switch.
See Figure 4.7.
3. Using a screwdriver or pliers, pry the extension
spring from the rear of the seat mounting bracket.
See Figure 4.8.
4. Remove the spring from the seat mounting bracket.
5. Remove the four hex screws and lock washers fas-
tening the two seat mounting brackets to the frame.
6. Install the seat bracket and seat in the reverse order
of disassembly.
