Axle Assemblies
1. With the engine stopped and allowed to cool, discon-
nect the spark plug wire and ground it to the engine.
2. Drain the fuel into an approved container.
3. Carefully tip the snow thrower forward, so it rests on
the auger housing opening.
4. Remove the bottom access panel. See Figure 4.1.
5. Remove the wheels using a 1/2” wrench.
NOTE: The ends of the axle shaft are double D.
