A1 Do not use on top of makeup.
Doing so may mess up your makeup.

Is it better to use this product before or after applying face lotion,
cream or other skin care products?
A2 We recommend that the product be used after applying your skin care
products. After use, wipe off any lotion or cream residue from the product
with a cloth, then gently wipe with the included Cleaning Cloth.
