Do I have to replace the brush head?
A5 The brush head is a consumable item. It should be replaced after
about 6 months of use twice a day. If your skin is irritated during
use or the feel of the bristles has changed, replace the brush head
(purchase a new one every 6 months in the interest of hygiene).
Replace with a new one any time it is deformed or damaged.

Can I wet the main unit and charging stand?
A6 The main unit is waterproof but the charging stand is not.
Prior to charging, wipe off the device's body and brush head of any
moisture, to prevent the charging stand and its adapter from getting
wet.
