Troubleshooting

Brush head
Problem
The brush head vibration stops mid-use.
• An automatic deactivation system will activate and stop the vibration after a
use of about one minute of soft or clean mode or 30 seconds of deep mode. It
is not a malfunction.
• It is out of battery.
→ Charge the main unit on the charging stand (P.10).
Problem
The brush head vibration is slow.
• The brush head vibration slows down in a cold environment.
→ Use in a recommended temperature range (5 - 35 °C).
Problem
The brush head comes off.
• The brush head is not attached all the way in.
→ Push the brush head all the way in (P.17).

Power switch
Problem
The brush head does not turn on after pushing the power
switch.
• It has not been charged.
→ Charge the main unit on the charging stand (P.10).

Charging lamp and charging stand
Problem
The charging lamp does not light up when placing the main
unit on the charging stand.
• The charging stand adapter is not connected properly.
→ Check that the charging stand adapter is connected to the charging stand
and is plugged into an outlet.
• The main unit is placed in the wrong direction on the charging stand.
→ Insert the main unit into the charging stand with the brush facing away
from the adapter port on the stand.
• Check for dirt and small objects (such as coins or clips) blocking the
connection between the charging stand and the main unit.
→ The main unit must be inserted all the way into the bottom of the charging
stand to start charging.
