Function Description:

The primary function of the MudMixer MMXR-3221 is to mix dry bagged concrete and mortar with water to create a consistent, ready-to-use mixture. It features a hopper for loading dry materials, a water control dial for adjusting the mixture's consistency, and an auger system within the chute for continuous mixing and distribution. The machine is designed for continuous flow, allowing users to add bags of material as needed to maintain the desired slump. A concrete bag cutter is integrated into the hopper for convenient opening of material bags. Safety Features:

The MudMixer MMXR-3221 incorporates several safety features to protect users during operation. These include a Hopper Auger Guard and a Chute Auger Guard to prevent accidental contact with moving parts. The machine is equipped with a Grounded Power Cable with GFCI (Ground-Fault Circuit Interrupter) for electrical safety, and all electrical boxes and connections are water-tight, enhancing safety in wet working conditions.

Usage Features:

The MudMixer is designed for straightforward operation. Assembly involves securing the frame to the base plate, attaching the frame handle, and mounting the flat-free wheels. The machine's design allows for pivoting, making it easy to move into an upright position and secure with a pivot latch.

Operating instructions are clear and sequential:

1. Ensure both the Hopper and Chute Auger Guards are installed.
2. Connect the garden hose (minimum 40 PSI recommended) to the T-Valve.
3. Connect the Grounded Power Cable to power.
4. Set the Water Control Dial to the desired starting point (35-50 recommended for concrete).
5. Flip the Power Switch to "Forward" for 5 seconds to test the water and auger.
6. Pre-wet the Chute using the Secondary Hose.
7. Place the first bag of powder into the Hopper using the Concrete Bag Cutter.
8. Flip the Power Switch to "Forward" to begin mixing concrete.
9. Adjust the Water Control Dial to achieve the desired slump.
10. Continue to add bags as necessary, keeping the Hopper 3/4 or more full.
11. Utilize the Secondary Hose to increase water delivery when necessary and to thoroughly clean the unit when finished.
12. Thoroughly clean the hopper, chute, and auger with the provided spray nozzle within 20 minutes of completing the mixing process.

Maintenance Features:

Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and proper functioning of the MudMixer.

• General Cleaning: After each use, it is absolutely necessary to clean the unit thoroughly. The MudMixer Secondary Hose and a rag should be used to remove all concrete residue.
• Motor Cleaning: The motor should be wiped clean with a rag if necessary. A critical warning states: DO NOT SPRAY WATER DIRECTLY ONTO OR INTO THE MOTOR.
• Wheel Maintenance: The flat-free wheels are equipped with grease ports, allowing for easy greasing when necessary.
• Solenoid Maintenance: If the unit is unused for more than 6 months, the solenoid should be disassembled for cleaning to prevent internal rust.
• Cold Weather Warning: To prevent bursting components, all water must be removed from the plumbing system if temperatures are expected to drop below 32°F.

Warranty Information:

The MudMixer® Company offers a one-year warranty for units used for personal, family, household, rental, or commercial purposes, starting from the date of original retail purchase. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and includes repair or replacement of defective parts without charge for parts and labor. The owner is responsible for returning the product to an authorized dealer for warranty work. The warranty is limited to 365 days for rental or commercial use. It does not cover misuse, neglect, negligence, accident, operation contrary to instructions, improper maintenance, alterations, or damage from incompatible parts or accessories. The warranty is valid only if routine maintenance, as specified in the manual, is performed. The company reserves the right to change or improve product design without obligation to modify previously manufactured products. Implied warranties are limited to the stated warranty period.
