D. Lay upper harness straps on seat. There
should be 2 side straps with anchors and
a pair of Y-straps with hook clips.
E. Strap adjusters on Y-straps should face back
of seat when straps are held straight up.
F. Turn anchor sideways and route through side
slot in cushion insert and seat. Use same slot
as for lower harness side strap, but BEHIND
that strap.
G. Flatten anchor against outside of seat to
prevent strap from retreating.
Repeat for anchor on other side. Y-straps do
not need to be attached to seat.
