3. Installation
3.1 Assembly
T
he MVK-MPNIO modules (PP, 7/8”, M23) can be directly mounted to a mounting wall or a ma-
chine. The module is provided with two fixing holes.

he MVK-MPNIO PP modules can be directly mounted to a mounting wall or a machine. The
modules are provided with two fixing holes each at the front and at the side.

The mounting spacing between two modules min. 3 mm (see Fig. 5:
Before attaching the module, it must be assured that the mounting surface is
smooth and flat to prevent mechanical stress in the module housing.

he fixing materials required are two M6 screws and two washers to DIN 433 T1/T2. The tight-
ening torque is 8 Nm.
To ensure correct installation and improved heat dissipation we recommend
observing minimum spacing of 3 mm when assembling the MVK-MPNIO
modules.
For angled connectors minimum spacing of 50 mm is required.
