Murrelektronik GmbH has examined the contents of this technical documentation for conformance with
the described hardware and software. Changes on an individual case basis cannot be excluded. For this
reason, Murrelektronik gives no warranty for the correctness of the contents and refuses any liability for
errors, in particular for complete conformance. This limitation of liability does not apply to any damage
resulting from intent and/or gross negligence or for any claim based on the product liability law. Should a
contractual obligation be violated due to slight negligence, Murrelektronik's liability shall be limited to typi-
cally occurring damages.

whether there is an update to this documentation owing to the fact that corrections that may become nec-
essary as a result of technical advance are integrated at regular intervals by Murrelektronik GmbH. We

This documentation may not be reproduced, either as hard copy or by electronic means, or transferred to
third parties; neither is it permitted to process this documentation or inform third parties of its contents
without the express approval of Murrelektronik GmbH or unless OEM documentation is produced for
products that contain products manufactured by Murrelektronik GmbH. Any infringement of these provi-
sions shall constitute grounds for demanding compensation for damages. All rights retained, in particular
in case of patent award or utility model grant.

ights of Use
Murrelektronik GmbH grants its customers the non-exclusive right to use this technical documentation to
produce their own technical documentation. This right is unlimited by time but may be revoked at any
time. In this case, extracts of the documentation produced by Murrelektronik GmbH may be changed,
supplemented, or reproduced, and may be supplied to end-customers as hard copy or on data media as
part of the customer's OEM technical documentation. The customer shall then assume the sole responsi-
bility for the correctness of the contents of the technical documentation produced by him.
If the technical documentation is reproduced in full or in part in the customer's technical documentation,
the customer must make reference to the fact that the copyright belongs to Murrelektronik GmbH. Fur-
thermore, it must be ensured that the safety instructions are reproduced in full.
Although the customer is obliged to make reference to the copyright of Murrelektronik GmbH, provided
that the technical documentation of Murrelektronik GmbH is used for the purpose, the customer markets
and uses the technical documentation on his own responsibility. The reason for this is that Murrelektronik
GmbH has no influence over changes made to the technical documentation or the uses to which it is put,
and that even minor changes to the end-product or deviations in the intended use may render the specifi-
cations cited in the technical documentation incorrect. For this reason, the customer is also obliged to
identify the technical documentation originating from Murrelektronik GmbH if and to the extent to which
the documentation was changed by the customer. The customer undertakes to release Murrelektronik
from any claims for damages made by third parties in case such claims are attributed to any existing er-
rors in the documentation. This does not apply to any damage to the rights of third parties caused by in-
tent or by negligence.
The customer is entitled to use the company brand names of Murrelektronik GmbH solely for his product
advertising and only to such an extent that products made by Murrelektronik GmbH are integrated in the
customer's advertised products. When using the brand names of Murrelektronik GmbH, the customer
must point out in a suitable manner that the brand names are those of Murrelektronik GmbH.
