MP-301 MK2 Quick Setup Guide

Thanks for choosing Musical Paradise MP-301 MK2 integrated tube amplifier. Before
using this great sounding amplifier, please read the following setup guide carefully.
1. Place it on a flat place with good ventilation. Plug the tubes into the sockets
accordingly. V1 and V2 accept 6J8P, 6SJ7, 6SD7 and 5693 pre-amp tubes. V3 and
V4 accept 6L6, KT66, 5881, EL34, 6CA7 and KT77 power tubes.
2. Please hold the base of vacuum tubes when installing and removing them. Do
“NOT” push or pull the glass.
3. Do “Not connect any headphones to the speaker output terminals directly. This
can cause permanent damage to the output transformers. Always use the
headphone jack at the front for connecting headphones.
4. Do Not turn on the amp without connecting either a headphone or speakers.
Users must connect their headphones and/or speakers to the amp all the time
when the amp is on, otherwise, the output transformers could be overheated
and damaged. If you don't use speakers with the amp, please make sure the
output selector is always on the headphone position, and a headphone is
connected.
