5-1 If You Think Something Is Wrong During Use

onduct investigations according to each condition, following the descriptions below. If the abnormality still exists,
contact the distributor.

Did a component become
disengaged inside the center
cap?
The wheels remain
locked.
Is the Rollator parking brake still
activated?
・ Remove the center cap and check if
something is caught inside.
・ Release the Rollator parking brake.
The brake is not
working well.
Has the adjustment of the brake
force weakened?
・ Check the brake force adjustment, and adjust
accordingly.
・ If the problem remains, contact the distributor.
The product produces
an abnormal sound.
Is something caught in the wheel
axis?
・ Remove any caught objects.
・ If the problem remains, contact the distributor.
The tires shake
significantly.
Is a bolt or nut loose?
・ Check the bolt and nut connections.
・ If the problem remains, contact the distributor.
*Brake operating sound:
This brake mechanism is a friction-type mechanism, and thus produces a slight rubbing sound. The sound
changes according to the environment, such as the atmospheric temperature, temperature, etc.
