CLEANING, CARE AND STORAGE
Aer use, let your Himalayan Salt Plate cool completely to room
temperature. TO WASH: Rinse lightly, quickly, and scrub vigorously
with a steel wool scrubby. Rinse again quickly. DO NOT USE SOAP. DO
NOT PLACE IN DISHWASHER. DO NOT SUBMERGE IN WATER. Dry
with a clean cloth and allow to further air dry. Store it in a cool and
dry locaon with low humidity. Do not store on metal, copper, or
bronze surfaces. Himalayan salt does not require the use of any
cleanser, as it is naturally an-microbial.
LONGEVITY
With proper inial heat tempering, use and care, salt grills or dishes
can be used dozens of mes, however, it will eventually ‘melt’ away
over me, at which point you can break up the remaining salt and
grind or shave it onto your food.
Note that our Himalayan Salt Plates are natural, arsan-carved
products and each one is unique in characteriscs, including color,
inclusions, and slight size variaons. Each salt block may also have a
dierent threshold for pressure and temperature.
Napoleon is not responsible for damages, injury, or loss due to any
use of our Himalayan salt products.
