Why won't my National Luna Twin Compartment 90 Litre run on 12V but works on 230V?

Your National Luna Refrigerator might not run on 12V due to several reasons. First, the 12 Volt polarity may be reversed, so check that the polarity to the battery is correct. Second, the battery might be discharged, so try recharging it. Third, inadequate wiring in the DC supply could be causing voltage loss; ensure all connections are secure and that the supply has 4mm2 wire or thicker, also verify that the vehicle's body isn't used as an earth. Finally, if the fridge was initially connected to a battery that wasn't fully charged, select 'Low' on battery protection.
