If your Nature's Comfort Boiler is overheating, several factors could be the cause. First, check for air leaks around the loading door and ensure it's properly sealed, adjusting if needed, and that the ash pan is shut. Poor circulation can also cause overheating, so consider using a larger pump or reducing the number of fittings. Low water levels can also cause this, so add water to keep the boiler full. Finally, an aqua-stat malfunction could be the culprit, in which case, replace the aqua-stat.
