TheComfortClipsetstheslackintheseatbeltandallowsthe
drivermorerangeinmobility,allowingfullsteeringturnsand
theabilitytochecksidemirrorswhileremainingsecure.Inthe
eventofsuddendeceleration,theComfortClipdisengages
automatically,andtheseatbeltwilllock.
ToengageComfortClip:
1.Adjusttheseattoitsproperdrivingpositionandsecureseat
belt.
2.Adjusttheseatbeltheightadjustertocomfortabledriving
position.
3.Tugthebelttocreate1in(2.5cm)ortwongersofslack
distancebetweentorsoandbelt.
4.Withtheotherhand,lifttheComfortCliplatchorpressdown
ontheslidingmechanismtoengageComfortClip.
TheComfortClipisnowsafelyengaged.
NOTE:ALWAYSdisengageComfortClipwhenunbuckling
seatbelt.Thiswillallowseatbelttofullyretract.
TodisengagetheComfortClipeither:
•Leanforwardinseat,andpullonshoulderbelt.
OR
•ReachupandpulldownComfortCliplatch.
TheComfortClipisnowsafelydisengaged.
