Irregularwearcanbeminimizedby:
•Usingtherightinationpressurefortheloadbeing
carried.
•Maintainingproperfrontwheelalignment–especially
toe-in–tospecications.
•Maintainingpropertireandwheelbalance.
•Maintainingshockabsorbersandsuspension
components.
•Maintainingproperwheelbearingadjustment.
•Maintainingpropertiretypeforvehicleoperation.

•Onlypersonnelwhohavehadpropertraining
andexperienceshouldmountorremovetires
fromrimsorwheels.
•Useonlyheavy-dutyrimsorapprovedrimsfor
radialtires.Itmaybenecessarytocontactyour
wheelandrimdistributortodetermineifyour
rimsareapprovedforradialtires.
•Ifatubeistobeused,makesurespecialradial
tiretubesareusedbecauseoftheincreased
exingofthesidewallsonradialtires.
•Neveruseantifreeze,silicones,orpetroleum
basedlubricantswhenmountingradialtires.
Onlyanapprovedlubricantshouldbeusedas
anaidformountingtires.
•Alwaysinatetiresinasafetycage.
