Turn the gears of the pick module transport until the pick D
wheel is free of its mating tension wheel.

Turn the drive cluster in a clockwise direction until the
D
timing mark on the timing disk lines up with the timing sensor
body.

Turn the gears of the pick module transport until the
interrupted part of the pick D wheels is away from the pick
arms. Turn the gears until a gap of 0.5 mm 0.5 mm
(0.02 in. 0.02 in.) exists between the leading edges of the pick
D wheels and the tension wheels as shown in the first figure
above.

Replace the idler gear removed in step 2. Be careful not to
dislodge the setting.

On a double pick module carry out steps 1 to 6 on the lower
pick unit.
