Clearing Document Jams

3 When the front roller is clear of the track guide, roll the document out
and release the levers.
4 Close the module cover.
Pockets

To remove a jammed document from a pocket, pull the paddle back (if
necessary), then carefully work the document out to the right.
Don’t pull the paddle too far, or the machine will think that the pocket is full.
Caution: When you are clearing a jam, be careful that you don't push the plastic strip
out of place, or future documents will not stack properly in the pocket. If the
strip does get knocked out of place, hold the paddle back so it can spring back
