Start-of-Day Cleaning Procedure

Note: You may have to clean the glass windows again if you receive a “light
level variation” message later in the day during processing.
8 Replace the rods, making sure that they “snap” into place.
9 Use a dry lens-cleaning tissue to wipe the front camera lens.
10 Wipe the rear camera lens in the same way.
11 Close the Image Lift cover.
12 If your transport has a downstream image-lift module, clean it using
the same procedure.
Cleaning the Graphical
Endorser(s)

Clean the graphical endorser(s).
Note: There may be a rear endorser only, or a rear endorser and a front
endorser. Clean all endorsers.
1 Open the front and rear endorser covers.
2 Push back the track at the graphical endorser.
3 Clean both sides of the track with a cleaning cloth to remove dust, ink
and debris.
