12 If the rear cover is open, raise the cover slightly, push back the support
arm and lower the cover.
13 Close the front cover.
14 Run a few documents in the transport.
15 If there are still streaks, replace the ink cartridge. See “Replacing the Ink
Cartridge” on page 4-36.
16 If the problem continues after replacing the ink cartridge, call a service
representative.
