Do you have a question about the NEARPOW T-319 and is the answer not in the manual?

Overview

This document describes the Electronic Energy Saving Timer Switch T-319, a device designed to control the power supply to appliances, helping to save energy.

Function Description

The Electronic Energy Saving Timer Switch T-319 allows users to set specific on/off times for connected appliances, thereby managing power consumption. It supports various timing modes, including continuous intervals, daily intervals, and countdown functions. The device is particularly useful for controlling appliances that do not need to be powered continuously, such as lights, fans, or other household electronics. By automating the power supply, it helps prevent unnecessary energy waste.

The device features a clear display that shows the current time and programmed settings. It includes buttons for setting the hour, minute, and various timing cycles, as well as a confirm button to save settings. An alarm function is also integrated, which can be activated to provide audible notifications. Additionally, it has a button lock feature to prevent accidental changes to the settings. The "Always ON" mode allows the device to continuously supply power, bypassing any programmed timing.

Important Technical Specifications

The Electronic Energy Saving Timer Switch T-319 has the following key technical specifications:

  • Rated Voltage: 120V
  • Rated Current: 15A
  • Max. Frequency: 60Hz
  • Max. Power Output: 1800W
  • Standby Power Consumption: ≤0.5W

These specifications indicate that the device is suitable for most standard household appliances within the specified power limits. The low standby power consumption ensures that the device itself does not consume significant energy when not actively controlling an appliance.

Usage Features

The device offers several usage features and modes to cater to different scheduling needs:

Precautions

Before using the device, it's important to note that the sum of the power output of the appliances used with the timer switch should not exceed the specified power rating of the timer switch. This could lead to the timer switch burning or even causing a fire. Users must check the specified Voltage and Load for their specified timer switch model. The device is designed for indoor environment use only.

If the display shows "too low," "functions," or "symbols," it may indicate a power supply issue or a fault in the display. The timer needs to be plugged into a power socket to charge it.

Clock Setting

To set the current time:

  1. Press and hold the Confirm button until the numbers start flashing (around 3 seconds).
  2. Press the Hour or Minute buttons to adjust the time.
  3. Press the Confirm button to save the setting.
