26-03-01 ARS Dial Treatments
If PRG 26-02-05 defined a dial treatment table, this program is where
you define what digits are added or deleted to the number dialed.
Common examples:
Add a 9 in front of all calls to bury the Centrex 9 = D019RE.
Add area code 214 in front of the dialed number = D03214RE.
Delete the leading digit 1 off the call = 2RE.
Delete 1 plus the area code off the call = 23RE.
3 = Delete the NPA (Requires at
least 11 digits defined in PRG 26-02.)
2 = Delete the leading digit (Re-
quires at least 8 digits defined in PRG
26-02.)
1 = Add the digit 1 to the beginning
of the call (Requires at least 8 digits
defined in PRG 26-02.)
INPA = Insert the NPA
DNN = Outdial the NN number of
digits (For example D03214 outdials
the digits 214)
WNN = Wait NN seconds
P = Pause (Analog trunk only)
R = Redial the initial number in-
cluding any modifications
E = End the dial treatment (All dial
treatment tables must end with the E
code.)
X = Output the extension number
of the call originator to the black
box for E911 services
(default = not assigned)
20-03-04 Trunk call Dial Sending Start Time
When ARS is enabled this program becomes the interdigit timer.
When using ISDN or IP trunks with a maximum dialed digits table it is
recommended to extend this timer to give the users more time in be-
tween dialing digits.

11-01-01 System Numbering
This is the access code that users will dial to access ARS.
The trunk access code used to access the ARS routing must be set to
type 3 (trunk access code).
0 = Not Assigned
1 = Service Code
2 = Extension Number
3 = Trunk Access Code
4 = Special trunk Access
5 = Operator Access
6 = F-Route Access
9 = Dial Extension Analyze
(Refer to the programming manual for
the default values of all tables.)
11-09-01 Trunk Access Code
Use this program to assign the trunk access code defined in PRG
11-01-01. This is the access code that users will dial to access ARS.
Maximum of 4 digits (0 ~ 9,

14-05-01 * Trunk Group Setup
Assign all used trunks to a valid trunk group. If trunk group 1 is used
remove all unused trunks out of this trunk group.
ARS will not be able to access trunks that are assigned to trunk group
0.

26-04-01 * ARS class of Service
Per day/night mode assign each extension to an ARS Class of Serv-
ice.
If ARS COS is enabled assign all phones to an ARS class, do not
leave phones in Class 0.
0 = No Class
1 ~ 16 = ARS Class 1 ~ 16
(default = 0)
26-01-01 * Automatic Route Selection Service - ARS service
This setting is used to Enable/Disable ARS routing.
0 = Disabled (ARS service is OFF.)
1 = Enabled (ARS service is ON.)
