network that will be used.

Proxy Host Name
This should have no value.

The value selected here must be Carrier L

Under the Authentication Information Setup page the following values should be set.
User Name
This should match the Authentication Username value given to the
Trunk Group when it was created in the Business Portal.
Password
This should match the Password value given to the Trunk Group
when it was created in the Business Portal.
